Often times injuries and repetitive stresses will cause muscle imbalances, tight muscles, and pain.
Through specific examinations and evaluations we will discover which muscle groups are atrophied and weak and which muscle groups are tight and over-worked. Specific in-house stretching and strengthening of these muscle groups as well as at-home exercises will correct these imbalances and lead to greater flexibility and strength.
